U11s vs Bingham

The U11s welcomed a strong numbered Bingham side to the drove. With only 9 players, no subs and with 4 quarters to play it was going to be a challenge for the U11s to be competitive throughout all of the quarters.

The team fought hard throughout the game, showing great skill in particular rucking, scrummaging and tackling against some strong and fast players. The team showed massive determination, and there was some excellent performances particularly Liam, Caitlyn and Frankie. A special mention to Caitlyn who found that despite thinking she was going to get tackled if she gritted her teeth and continued to drive she could break through the tackles and scored some excellent tries.

The players came together as a group and believed they learnt a lot from the game.

As spectator I would like to say well done to all the players and I believe they gained confidence/experience and understand more than ever they need to work hard and support each other as this makes them a stronger team. Good luck for the next game.
