The U11s joined our U7-U12 teams traveling to The Kesteven Festival this morning. The team played against some familiar teams: Boston, Kesteven and Sleaford but also faced Oakham and Newark which the team have never played before. It was a typical foggy autumnal morning as the team warmed up but this didn't dampen their spirits. Over the next few hours the team played a lot of rugby, each team bringing different challenges. The team worked hard, there was a good contest at the breakdown, some big tackles made and some great tries scored. Congratulations to Curtley who was the weeks Player of the Match, he put in a shift, strong tackles and some great runs.
