To start off, we were a little apprehensive, well for the first two games that is, but then it clicked ? which was fantastic to see, not only for the players, but the parents and coaches on the sidelines who didn’t let the side down with their support ?. All players stepped up to the mark and proved themselves. It was fantastic to see them growing individually and as a team. They were holding their lines, putting in the tackles, running phase plays with some great passes and tries?. After two days and 8 games, it was fantastic Bourne under 9s received recognition from the referees by being awarded the fair play trophy award ?

Overall, what a great weekend away at Skegness with the rugby ? family. Everyone had lots of fun socialising during the day and in the evenings.
