Bourne RUFC

The Under 9s squad at Bourne welcomes new players from School Years 4, with participants making the transition from tag rugby to contact. The team train on Tuesday evening 6pm to 7pm and on Sunday mornings from 9.30am to 11.00am, also playing matches at Home and Away during the same time slot. The Under 9s squad is supervised and trained by RFU Level One qualified coaches, with any interested parents also able to play a part in the team development (and in time perhaps also become trained coaches!!).

The squad ethos is based around 'every child getting to play for the team' recognising that rugby is a team sport, with everyone having their own particular skills.
